There are a few tick box options relating to the wind panels;

Wind on both sides (Parapet)/(Canopy)
If a panel is outside the envelope of a building, eg, a canopy or wall parapet, the program will assess the coefficient of force for that panel, taking account of wind being applied to both sides of the panel.
When you set the wind panel as Wind Both Sides, the MasterSeries Wind Analysis module uses the Cp values from BS 6399-2 clause 2.8 and in particular table 21. This table give values for a solidity ratio of between 1 and 0.8. The lower ratio of 0.8 refers to walls of 'moderate porosity' (clause 2.8.1.2). So you have to decide if your wall is of 'moderate porosity' and hence enter a solidity ratio of 0.8.
The alternative is to enter your own Cp values in the Load/Cpe tab in the wind panels table on the right hand side of the screen, or manually determine the wind load on members and apply as member loading.
Close open sided wind panels
Automatically closes open panels.
Swap direction of red normal lines
The red lines perpendicular to a panel indicate the external face. If required you can swap the direction of the red normal lines so they are in the opposite direction.
Create panels from all selected members
Ignore Wind Loads on Dummy Members
Dummy members (ο»Ώπ Add Members (General)ο»Ώ) are sometimes used to close panels. Any wind spanning on to a dummy member is split half and half between its ends and applied as point loads to the structure. You can choose to ignore the wind on dummy members where relevant.
